Slotland.com Hoping to Take Home Honors 

The 1^st Annual Mobile Entertainment Awards are set for tomorrow night in London, England, and Slotland.com is hoping to take home the award for “Best Gambling Company.” The eight year old company is one of five companies vying for the honor, and they think they have a real chance at winning the category.  

Slotland.com is one of the oldest online slot machine companies, but they were also the first to offer gambling with real money online – for mobile phones and PDAs. They were innovators in the quest to keep finding new and unusual ways to keep their customers happy. They are a small company, but they stress that they are a company with a heart. 

Martin Smith, Slotland.com’s Mobile Games Manager said, “One thing we know from eight years online is that players like to try new games…and that they don't want to see the same games they've seen at a dozen other sites."  

He went on to say that they are one of the “pioneers of mobile gambling” and that they constantly “strive to emerge as one of the leaders in mobile games.” They have applied the same principal to their online gaming site as they do to their mobile games, and that is to stress customer service and security over number of games offered. They believe in quality not quantity.

The Mobile Entertainment Awards are produced by Mobile Entertainment Magazine to honor excellence among mobile device content providers. Best Gambling Company is just one of the awards being handed out at the gala, there will also be awards for Best Payment/Billing Provider, Best Music Label, Best Handset Company, etc.
