Elvis is in the Building

Leading Edge Design and International Gaming Technology (IGT) have teemed up to bring you Elvis Multi-Strike – the latest slot machine to hit the market. Leading Edge is the designers of Multi-Strike Poker, which is a very popular game, and they expect that Elvis will follow suit. They are awaiting approval and the necessary licensing to play in Illinois and Indiana, but they don’t expect there to be an ultimate problems.

Elvis has already been spotted in Wisconsin, where several casinos there have already installed the slot machine. There are more installations on the way in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota’s casinos as well. The new slot machine is a three level 20-line video slot game. “A winner on the first level brings a second worth double the first, and a winner there doubles the payoffs again, so that the third level is worth four times the first.”

Leading Edge is an Illinois based firm that comes up with the designs for the games, and then gives them to IGT who manufactures and distributes the slot machines at any or all locations they supply slot machines to. "The game has two great attractions, and some players like one while some like the other," says the president and CEO of Leading Edge, Larry DeMar. "There's Multi-Strike play, and that's exciting even for non-Elvis fans. There's the chance for big wins as you move up that worked so well with the poker game…The other side, of course, is Elvis, and Elvis is timeless, classic, appealing to all ages and all genders."
