No Launch for YouTeller

Just when you think you have all your ducks in a row and you are ready to open for business, someone tells you that you can’t. That is exactly what happened to YouTeller, who was all ready to go, they just forgot to come up with an original name.

When YouTeller announced that they were going to open, the people at NETeller got upset saying that they had the rights to the name and that the use of the YouTeller name would confuse people as to who they were. They were currently going through litigation of their own, so they were disturbed that people might think that the companies were related.

NETeller sent YouTeller a cease and desist order that pertained to ownership of the domain name. YouTeller’s parent company, Seed Capital Ltd. said that because of the confusion it was best to delay the launch of the site for now.

The company said that they fully believe that it is just a matter of time before the internet law goes away – and that they will be ready to process US customers’ payments so that they can play on the internet gambling sites again.
