VC Holdings Expansion

Gaming VC Holdings SA has announced that they are interested in expanding in the European market, and thus multiplying their revenue in the online gambling market. They own and operate Casino Club, which is one of the more popular slot machine and gambling onlinoe casinos in Germany, and while everyone else was having a somewhat terrible year, they had a great year last year.

They want to expand their German holding into other countries, and have set their sights on Italy as their first conquest. They are already showing a pre-tax profit of only €4.4 million; this is significantly down from last year when it was €12.8 million – but they are still doing better than other companies and have already met the company’s expectations for the first quarter of this year.

They are always thinking of ways to keep moving forward, and have always had their sites set on more acquisitions within the industry. They incorporated in Luxembourg, just so they could get the Casino Club, which was at that time called Casinos International NV.

The casino is already larger than William Hill, Bet 365, and Sportingbet – and has over 100,000 registered users. The company also has 58,000 active customers, which other casinos would be hard pressed to compete with.
