
Casino Royale in Katonah
Katonah, New York will be the site of the unveiling of the second
annual benefit for the Caramoor’s House Museum. Encore…Casino Royale
will be the theme of the evening, and will have slot machines and
other games of chance to make it official.
The event will be held Saturday, May 19th, and will be chaired by
actress Lena Olin and actor Federico Castelluccio. Olin is well known
for her work on the big screen, and her Academy Award nomination for
Enemies: A Love Story. She has appeared in many major motion pictures,
as well as the small screen – and will be accompanied by her movie
director husband, Lasse Hallström.
Federico Castelluccio is perhaps best known for his work on the
Sopranos, he is Tony Soprano’s hitman. He is also a well known artist,
and his works have been seen in many galleries in NYC. Tickets to the
event are $500, $250, and $150. All price levels will include chips,
and partygoers can purchase more at the event if they desire.
The event will have slot machines, craps, roulette, Texas Hold’em,
blackjack, etc. to keep their guests occupied. There will also be
dinner, hors d’oeuvres, open bar, a tarot reader, and a silent
auction. The event will be the kickoff for the 2007 exhibition: Could
They Be da Vinci’s?, Two Horses and Bronzes from the Caramoor
Collection.
