Free Lingerie Sparks Gambling

Paddypowerpoker.com had a new idea this past Valentine’s Day – they decided to go after their male gamblers hard core, by waving a pair of panties at them. Truly, in what can only be seen as one of the weirdest promotions ever, Paddypowerpoker.com ran an “antes up, panties down” promotion, that had men gambling their socks off.

The idea was that they could win a daily free roll poker tournament that would end with them having a $200 gift card for lingerie. Men all over the world attempted to win the gift card for their lovely lady, in what can only be seen as the strangest attempt to get men to gamble.

However, it did work, and therefore paddypowerpoker.com is the richer for it. One cannot help but wonder, however, how much money did these men spend trying to win the gift card? Wouldn’t it have been cheaper in most cases to just go get the gift card or the lingerie on their own?
