CYOP Systems Announcement

CYOP Systems International Inc. has announced to their shareholders that they had filed an SB@ registration statement earlier this week. The company is responsible for developing and providing online gaming solutions for the gambling industry. They filed due to the impact that the US Government has had on online gaming in their country.

As soon as they receive their financing, the company plans on marketing to those online gaming companies that already exist as well as traditional type casinos – all located outside of the United States. They know that the impact that the US government is having on all of these online gambling companies, and they think they will be able to help many of them with their gaming solutions.

The Chairman and CEO of CYOP said that their management is “committed” to working on building the value of their company for their shareholders. They say that these legal setbacks will not keep them down, and that they are looking onward and upward. They said that online gambling in the US was their key clients, but they are “looking at other options” and they know that with hard work and determination that they will be able to increase the value of the company as well as diversify its holdings.
