Cryptologic on Stock Exchange

The online casino development company Cryptologic just announced that they have gotten approval to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. The company is known for its fast paced online casino and poker software, and is used across the world. One of the earliest online casinos launched, InterCasino, uses their platform as well.

The company has been in the news lately about a reorganization of the company that they had been working on, and obviously it has gone well as they are already listing on the LSE. The company is pleased with their new structure and their new listing.

They are also proud of the fact that they are considered to be one of the foremost casino software providers in the industry. They have more than 200 online games that range from slot machines to poker, and so on. Their platform is responsible for the popular Marvel Super Hero slot machines, as well as the Millionaires Club progressive slot machine that just made one man $8 million richer.

They have been on the Toronto Stock Exchange for more than 10 years at this point, but they wanted to be listed on the London Stock Exchange because more than 90% of their revenues come from the UK and Europe. It just seemed like a smart move for the company, and many experts agree.
