Triple 8 Partnership

The online gaming company 888 Plc is happy to announce that they will be partnering with Georgica Plc to create a new poker web site. The new site will be linked to Georgica’s Rileys snooker clubs, and both companies are very excited about the partnership.

Rileys is running live poker tournaments in their clubs, and this will give them the opportunity to reach a group that they might not otherwise been able to reach out to. The land based tournaments will be the same as the online ones, and there will be a way to work them together at some point.

Their Chief Executive Gigi Levy said that they don’t know how it will work just yet, but it could be something as simple as qualifying the players online, and then those that qualify would come to the competition to compete face to face with the other players. They will get the money from people coming into the club as well as a revenue share from the web site – rileyspoker.com.

Rileys' snooker and pool clubs already have more than a half a million members, and they currently have the market on snooker halls in the country. With this new web site they can expect their competition to try and copy them, as this unique idea is ahead of its time.
