You Can Go Far Playing Online

Remember all those times you played online gaming, or just played video games and your parents told you that you would never get anywhere in life playing those games? Well, it looks like your parents may have been wrong in their initial assessment of online gaming. So much in fact that if you are good enough you could go to college for free!

It’s true, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, has decided to offer a competition that will truly help those who instead of working were playing. The university is having an online gaming competition, and if you win you could go to the school for free. That’s right – free!

University officials are working on the details of what they are currently calling Cyberfest – but the general idea is that whoever wins the online gaming competition will be able to attend school for free. The school is a four year university, and four years of tuition end up costing you roughly $80,000.

The university is planning on the competition starting online earlier in the year, with the championship game taking place in July, with the winner getting the scholarship to the university. The school has already stated that any online gaming will not involve any kind of sexually themed games or those of a graphically violent nature either. The school says they have been trying to come up with ways to entice students to their school and they think they may have stumbled onto something big.
