Elvis has left the building, and he is leaving with Nancy Berkovich. The 63 year old retiree was playing the Elvis slot machine at the Eagle Mountain Casino when she hit the MegaJackpots award. The slot machine paid out $196,233 to the mother of four. “It still hasn't sunk in yet,” said Nancy, who came only after her sister-in-law convinced her to come to the casino to play the slot machines. 

The Elvis game is one of the progressive slot machines, which Nancy did not know when she was playing it. She kept putting in her quarters and the next thing she knew, she had struck gold. Her and her husband could not believe their luck, as they have played the machine more times than they could count. Her husband Gary, her high school sweetheart, and she would come up once in awhile so that they could “eat at the buffet and have a good time,” Berkovich said. 

Gary is recently retired as well, so this money will come in very handy in their retirement, although “When you've had to work all your life and raise four children, something like this is nice,” Gary said. “It would have been nice to have these funds when raising the kids.”  They plan on donating some to Trinity Lutheran Church as well as taking care of their family.
