Gale Fontaine is up against some heavies, they have brought charges against her for running an illegal slot machine casino.  In actuality it is an arcade, and the patrons are mostly senior citizens. It is a place for them to hang out and talk – it gives them something to do. Fontaine says she runs the place for the seniors that hang out there, but the government has another idea. Since slot machines are illegal if not regulated, then she is probably going to be found guilty.  

Opponents think she should be shut down and go to jail. They say she has been taking the senior citizens hard earned money, and since she is not a legal slot machine owner, the machines need to go to the scrap heap. 

Supporters, many of whom are the same senior citizens she is supposedly stealing from, claim that without these adult video arcades, what would they do with their time? They say that this is a place for them, just like any other senior center, except this one is more fun. It is a place that they can come to and forget about real life, get some companionship – even get free meals.  If she is found guilty, she could be looking at a large fine as well as jail time, and the seniors can kiss their slot machines goodbye.
