The Empress Casino in Joliet announced upgrades to their slot machines, changing the way they handle their player rewards. They had a player club card called the “Preferred Card” that was for their premium players. They now have the Now Club Card that has three levels: Platinum, Gold, and Sapphire. These new cards offer more benefits for slot machine players.

They are differentiated by the amount of cash back that each tier pays out. The Sapphire Level pays $5 for every 500 points. The Gold Level pays $5 for 450 points, and the Platinum Level pays at 425 points. Each level pays same day cash back, which is really nice for the players. They are also looking into discounts and free offers from Chicago Businesses for their players.

They have been touting “a better way to play” and it looks as though they have succeeded.
