When you are running a charity, it can get difficult to find money for the day to day expenses never mind the money to actually help people. However, what if you could have people gamble and bring in money, and you were guaranteed to not lose a dime? It probably sounds too good to be true, but it isn’t.

There is a company called Chicago Poker Live, also known as Chicago Charitable Games, that is run by a man called Ken Kaulen. Kaulen also goes by Chicago Kenny, and he has set up a company that will help charities raise money. He helps you set up gambling parties – mostly poker but sometimes blackjack as well. All you have to do is get a charitable gaming license from the state and that only costs $200.

Kaulen helps with everything else – set up, paperwork, venue, dealers, etc. And if your event loses money – you walk away soctt free because he covers all of the expenses as well. Those that have used Kaulen’s services say that they truly handle everything and make it a night to remember. They say that they end up making a lot of money for their charity, because they get in serious poker players to make the money.

One of his clients brought in $1,500 at their first event, $2,300 at their second event, and $2,500 at their third event. The beauty of the idea is that Illinois has tried to crack down on gambling at poker parlors, etc. and with this new “floating” gambling game, the players will follow the game wherever it leads them for Kaulen even provides the players.
